'Influencer' aye
I got into EPL and became an LFC fan during the Rodgers era so the Warrior kits don’t bother me as much.
This is crazy because my brother got my watching soccer around the time LFC wore these kits and I thought they weren’t half bad until I saw Nike + Adidas 😅
That green one you are wearing gives me nightmares. Birthday trip from Birmingham to Burnley away. To lose 2-0. Happy birthday 🎉
I won the 13/14 away kit in a giveaway from Redmen so it always has a special place in my collection haha
I'd take the warrior kits over the Adidas Roy Hodgeson sh*te we have now
The 06/07 adidas was the only good yellow kit we've had in the modern era
11:04 my wife bought that shirt for my son. I told her to take it back
WOW "dont" google image search, "CheekyMZ" and "dont" have safe / blur on… "dont" enjoy 🥵
I started following Liverpool in 2009-2010 PL season so it's like a crazy adventure from the struggling days to one of the most iconic eras in Liverpool history. I won't trade it for anything. It's funny how Chat GPT described a weird crossover between Liverpool and KDrama due to my interests profile.
Here it goes:
– Emotional journeys over constant success
– Bittersweet realism
– Loyalty and perseverance
– Meaningful moments over trophies
It also includes few options for me to consider:
– A tragic but beautiful story (My Liberation Notes ✍ energy)
– A healing long journey with happy payoff (Because This Is My First Life 🐈energy)
– An epic destiny story with sacrifices (My Country: The New Age ⚔ energy)
It ended with a closing reason:
There's honestly no wrong answer — Liverpool's history fits all three in different eras!
For Warrior eras… I only bought like few Home but one unique white Away during I think when Christian Benteke scored against Man Utd in that white kit. Gerrard was the only name I got then during 2019 and 2020 time I got Salah twice Home in New Balance glory days. As for Adidas current Home Kit with first time Gold badge… I decided that Jota deserved to be remembered so… I missed out on NIke era ha ha ha… but I did get the final Nike winter storm coat… wearing it right now.
Sometimes it's so lovely… sometimes… it's just a sore eye look. At least they don't stay the same for many years… I am looking at you Dallas Cowboys with mismatched color home uniform. Just for a record I am actually Dolphins fan and apparently plenty of fans in the UK too due to Marino era.
Noz will be raging 😆
I have the purple black and gold windbreaker, it's aged well.
Warrior did not make a single decent kit. All looked and felt cheap. The designs are almost all awful.
Disappointed that Liverpool's 3rd kit from 2012/2013 wasn't mentioned. An underrated top in my opinion! Reminds me of Suarez hat-trick against Norwich.
aye I liked warrior probs because it was just the Suarez shirt, was homeless and missed the Torres era all together and started going games again during that period too. I tend to only get one shirt per company but had a couple of them. Shirt before them would of gone back to the 90s reebok kinda thing, they are the classico for me personally, mainly due to age and activity as a supporter more than design and the rest. I thought the nike shirts were worse than the warrior ones personally, kept getting gifted them and not one has survived minimal wear and tear, look like they are 20 years older than the older ones, let the kids wear them at the beach and that now.
16:02 I'm wearing that shirt right now!
She’s familiar…..
this was the Temu era of LFC, compared to the Rolls Royce of the Klopp era. But I have a soft spot for those 2013-14 season almost winners Suarez kits!
I am not a fan of this woke nonsense
Getting Mags on maych 😂 go on lad 💪
2012/13 Home shirt is my favorite ever.
Now now, kidda. Some of the Warrior kits were actually kinda smart like
Loved the space invaders 2014 shirt….certainly provided division amongst us Reds but found it boss personally, Crystanbul aside ! 😊
3rd kit first year. That deep purple with orange high lights. I wore it the other day. Boss.
Warriors # was #WECOMENOTTOPLAY that was a crap # the first one to have the eternal flames on the back with 96 argubly I like the badge that they had since the 2000’s I’m a Chelsea fan but I’m a kit connoisseur the home kit in 13/14 was the cleanest Liverpool kit in there 3 year kit deal before new balance kinda picked up and sort of cleaned up the mess
To this day I've still been trying to find the 13-14 third kit. Kind of hard to decide whether it was actually nice but the nostalgia of watching Gerrard, Sturridge and especially Suarez has meant that its one of them I'll always love.
14-15 home shirt I can remember going on at length about Adam Lallana so that was the christmas present that year, playing fifa 15 career mode, beginner difficulty, scoring 64 goals against Everton on Christmas day in the living room.
As for the very first warrior shirt, it was the first liverpool shirt I remember owning and its now part of a tribute for my late friend at Uni
This episode should include NB kits as well cause warrior bought by NB.
Ah that David James goalkeeper kit Maggie has on!! The first ever Liverpool jersey I owned!
