  10. Funnily enough, i watched the European Cup semi final against Bayern Munich only the other day. Gayle ran Bayern ragged. He was kicked from pillar to post, denied a stonewall penalty and the referee had the cheek to issue him with the only yellow card of the game. Joke business!

  16. For me growing up when he was playing for Liverpool i loved him but i also think that Liverpool should have him back on a ambassador contract because he deserves it and he loves the club and us fans he understands us to,
So please Liverpool listen to us fans and get him back we would all appreciate and love him just because he broke the order and he deserves it

  30. Howard is a legend for us, not least for the barriers he broke, but he was a proper player too. Played a massive part in the '81 European Cup semi win against Bayern, probably his most famous game.

  33. Trailblazer. My dad worked with his dad (I think or maybe another relative?) in Fords so I was lucky to have a signed photo. I think it was a copy of that black and white one that flashes up in the vid! Proudly displayed on my childhood bedroom wall.
